You can see water across the road and the pavement as far as I can see. Is that water still rapidly moving downstream? Has it settled a little bit? What would you say? In terms of the level, it seems to have settled, it hasn't really moved. But if you go about 10 metres out, you can see the surface of the water moving very quickly. Which shows the tidal forces that have made their way into the heart of Herzon. So it is incredibly dangerous.
