The History of the Queen's Speech

The Pope is giving a speech to the UK, he's already recorded it. I didn't even know he could speak English. They don't have very much of a life expectancy these days, do they? Because they're always old men. The next pope should be a young woman or at least someone with 'hip' status. Who's hip and who's currently a big deal in the world? That would be great.
