If you bought a property at peak market, this probably means you closed on that deal in early 2022. If you did a two, three year bridge loan with no extension options and you levered up 80, 85%. You are going to have a decision to make in the next six to 12 months. In 2033, that property in South Florida is going to be fine. It's just sponsor specific decisions, which is where we're going to see pain.
