I love, yeah, I love hearing the background for these guests. It's awesome to hear what you've been doing. You moved recently from full time pastoral ministry also kind of leading a paratridge,. paratridge ministry as well to coordinator of the PCA M and A. Can you describe what that is? Some people have negative perspectives of paratridge others are fine with it or don't know what it is. Talk about paratridge ministries because in a sense, before being coordinator, I, I directed and developed the Institute for cross cultural mission which was a ministry of grace Washington DC.
