Willock: What's the over all environ that you're operating within? Is it one that you want to be in? And then all these things, i mean, they can sound trivial at first, like something like commune. You're like, a commune whatever, like, not a boog deal, until you're doing two hours, like, each way every day. Like, now it's impacting my life pretty significantly. So while it's extremely important to understand how to build an amazing product, how to manage the team with that, we also want o take into account all these different factors when we're choosing our positions, or even designing our positions.
