How to Make Food Easier

I really thought I was going to come up with something great to do with a large amount of bacon fat. When I tried stuff with large amounts, it was just not delicious. The first thing I would say is by less. Just don't buy them. It's easier for you as a cook and easier on your fridge and your conscience. If you actually let inventories run low so that you're like, oh, I don't have any rice. So I'm going to use that far. And that's how invention happens.
