I Feel Bad. I Feel Like a Haf Na.

Stoicism has helped me forgive myself. I had a lot of shame about emotion, which is that i didn't think emotions were like this kind of irrational, animalistic part of me. And then so stoicism really helped actually, like a remove this kind of ike shame and self prostration. Wrigte: There's definite value to cultivation of the body in a certain degree of health - even if you're working on your character. But yet it's very clear to me that a lack of moderation, an inability to be courageous or wise or any of these virtues is going to have specific physical implications.
