Is the State a Response for Food Security?
i took a class on radical food politics, and we talked about this alot in terms of like, charities. Most engios get their money from foundations. And the fact that these engios are so reliant on donor money is acute part of why they are not able to be effective. They're still relying on the people that have the most money in order to make the change.
