I'm gonna try and condense this down. ego is that sort of voice in your head This is you're better than other people the rules don't apply. I see it as a sort of continual sweeping away or eliminate a reduction of ego. The second you think you have done it is like the most egotistical thought you have then second you go I am ego-free ego has Has has reintroduced itself.
