How Do You Train People to Have Vision for Ethics and Poor Integrity?

I've known Richard Feynman since 2018 or so and he's been exceptionally good at spotting people who haven't had ethics and poor integrity. I think with FTX there were red flags galore that a lot of people tucked into a little compartment in their brain and didn't think too hard about because they were more interested in the potential financial upside.
