Is China a Rising Empire?
i think china has really changed over the last seveneight years in the same way that the us. Has changed, or last sever years. There seems to be this transition toward te kind of crest and become a falling empire, becoming more incompetent. And then monetary debasement typically accelerates, and a the empire kind of goes to a point of demise. I should say, nobody ever, maybe in the seventies, you know, there were some moments or whatever, like post nixon resign but for 30 something years, it does not look like america really was going to lose yet.
