A lot of great entrepreneurs recognize that being out into the field and talking to the customer and selling them on the spot face to face with the handshake is the way to do it. So I walked down Clark Street in Chicago and just signed up a bunch of restaurants that way. That was the golden line. It wasn't about cramming data down their throat. It was about a relationship.
