That's never going to happen. And so in a way, the tragedy of countries like russia and north careais are that theyare just playing on the destructive side of the ledger. In the sibre world, there's no way to have defence be more potent than offence. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't be doing anything on the defensive for sure.
