Negotiation Is All About Motivations

i suggest people actually calendar it. Put it in your calendar, set a date with yourself and take the time to do the research. And again, it shows the power of doing your home work. Yes, i think negotiation is all about motivations. It's not the results, it's not the currencies. It's really just what is going to make me feel like i'm valuing,. What my goals are, where i'm trying to go. Sometimes difficult people are just difficult ecause they're just not good people.
