What Happened to the Golf Carts?

Foxconn was supposed to be developing self driving golf carts for the city of rocine, Wisconsin. But instead they put them in an empty warehouse where people would race them around. Foxcon couldn't get clear answers about what technology it had access to and then killd the project. The company is now being taken over by a private equity firm....
