The Evolution of Black Coffee
A lot of cappuccinos and flat whites are definitely quite prominent. I do however think that there's been almost even to me quite a surprising rise, a meteoric rise of home brewing and pour overs. You know, cold brew as a category is picking up massively over here. There's still a lot of people that are drinking black coffee with a flavor that otherwise would have never, you know, ever had coffee with that milk.
