The Fred Fred Rogers Intervention

i love the notion of it's impossible not to love somebody once you've heard their story. There's a consulting intervention i'm going to tell you about in a second, an i'll call for now on th fred rogers intervention. A consultant said he often working with management teams that were just heavily disfunctional. He asked people to turn to another person at the table and talk about a day recently when they really felt like they had earned their pay check. The room immediately brightens up because people start seeing different sides of each other.
