Is There a Neglectedness?
When something is neglected, it also means that people are going to be worse at working on him. There's kind of a sweet spot of neglected ness where it's not so neglected that you can't do anything and every one thinks you're crazy. It's neglected enough that you have an edge on just doing what everyone else is doing.
