The Plowman's Company
I used to work for a Carvery chain and we had a large booking one evening. The table had starters and quickly went about demolishing the Carvery. When they had finished I went over to the table to clear the plates and offer them desserts. One gentleman at the end of the table was still looking at the menu when I asked if he was interested. He spent a couple of seconds looking over the whole of the menu, looked up and said, "I'll just have the plowmans there" It's such a funny choice for a pudding. Never assume anything when it comes to the plowman. You'd be hilarious on Dragon's Den. Plowman Express.
