How to Find a Job in a School That's Flexible
The school is very flexible in terms of how you get your job. They do have possibly the best network of their own connecting the school itself to like the entire world. It's strongly strongly encouraged to have a salary, but I don't think it's mandatory every time. For Mathematics, it was something like a little more than minimum wage for the first year,. Then it ramped up at the end to about like 30, 35 Canadian per hour - which is quite good and well pays for your education next term over.
