The Power of Older Leaders

I think there's a misconception. Like I don't do much work in the south. But one thing I've experienced, you know, doing that podcast with Mark, which is so funny, I'm not the expert. I'm like the middle of the bell curve IQ who's just attempting to interpret the savant that is Mark sayers for the rest of us in the middle. You used to have to go to Manhattan or San Francisco or Portland or Seattle. And now all you have to do is check Instagram in the morning and it's just direct fee. We're losing an entire generation.
