How to Have a Healthy Conversation About Complaining
There are times that we do have to both adjudicate and actually kind of articulate something that is not ideal, not right. So I think the first thing is to think about like, okay, well, who are we talking to? And is it the proper environment? Is it the proper relationship to have that type of conversation that maybe is not a super positive conversation? Yeah. It's really important that if we're going to have this conversation with a close friend, a confidant, a best friend, it shouldn't just be thrown out there just to throw it out there. Like it should be like, I need to get this off my chest so that now I can move towards resolution
