In the early nineties, fasd lom was great for five years, like ripb. And then right about your five just couldn't stop eating. So i'm doing what i fel basically kind of seems to be working is what i call the amplified fast. When you look at certain types of bacteria, they very much mimic many of the benefits of fasting. It's all that cross talk, which ancestral narratives are useful. They're not hunters inaccurate. We don't know. Nobody was alive back in pre-history.
