The Carnivore Diet: The Healthiest
Don't eat too late because then your body just kind of sits in your body. If you go to sleep, you're not using the energy so it gets converted into fat. Keep your last meal kind of early. Two smaller meals. Plus water, not fasting yet. That's okay. You don't have to fast. It's all right. Don't make my basic advice is don't make food or religion. Okay, it's for health. So do what makes you healthy. And some tell what you have to do. Everybody has all their stupid studies. You can't trust these studies. I've tried different things. I know pretty much exactly the kind of diet that works
