Defending Against the Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons Is a Fool's Errant
If you do not contain the proliferation, defending against it is a fool's errant. There will be a mutually assured destruction between players that actually care about insuring they still have the ability to exist in a functional and global economy. So it is very clear that we have to treat this as a global exetential lege where the americans and the chinese may not trust each other, but like with climbate, we must row in the same direction.
