Is Dependency Injection a Good Idea?

i've been recently playing with mas transit bonest. The thing i'm really loving is all the stuff i don't have to do because mas transit does it for me. If i want to inject something, then i can just use the standard way of doing things by injecting it into the constructor,. And it just works, and it just feels so clean. I like to hear that he the patterns are rapplying.
