How Interpol Has Been Abused by Russia?
Interpol's role is to help police forces in all the different countries of the world share information with each other. For a long time, this was a pretty sleepy kind of territory, right? There weren't a lot of notices. But now we're getting up to four dense or whatever, two-fifths. It's really ripe for abuse. As you said, Russia has been a remarkable abuser. One of the things we saw in this report is that Interpol has read notices.
