How to Respond to Tentative Words
If response to temptation isn't working consistently, you're almost certainly not doing it right. There's a lot of instruction in the course on how to repeat the words that the course gives us because this is a practice of repeating words. If we're down words, we're going to marginalize this core practice and the course. So one way is slowly, methodically, slowly thinking about, you know, what you're saying.
