Administrators and employees were not supposed to partake in corporal punishment at alon. At its lowest levels that involved spankings administered by other students via ping pong paddle administrators and employees weren't allowed to do it. The program was described as a "petri dish of dysfunction" with staff members who had been abused growing up on the school's lawn.
