The Insidious Nature of Slavery
We all want to believe that the world has moved on from slavery and trafficking, but we're all part of what is a incredibly global problem. We can't just conceptualize thiss as an east an issue for the sex trade, or an issue of balaclava wearing child stearling eastern europeans. That demand can't be made at present in terms of things like the back pack of progress. But we've always had a long history of these precariously moved people who are coming to astria, working illegally - which by any definition would be considered modern slavery.
