i love this phrase, a portfolio of influence. It kind of jus like points to, you don't have to wait to be a manager in order to figure out what your portfolio of influence is. And i think there's actually that really special time, um, when you're n icy thinking about management. That is really exercising a portfolio influence and starting to think about how you might begin to build that portfolio. As a good manager, you are really thinking about how your sphere of influence expands to make a whole organization better.
