The 75 Hard program is a mental toughness challenge that's designed to truly push you mentally and it's comprised of some pretty intense activities. During those 75 days, you're going to do these five things: two 45 minute workouts per day with at least one of those being outside. The next one is to drink four liters or about one gallon of water per day for a lot of people. Number four is to read 10 minutes of a personal development book, but no audiobooks. And then finally, you take progress photos of yourself frequently, possibly every day,. Here's how this program has transformed my life.
