The First Officer Never Says Emergency
The crew made contact with an approach controller, who instructed them to maintain three thousand feet. The captain told the first officer to advise the controller that they don't have fuel. Air traffic control responds with, just ok. I haven't the captain said, advise him. We are emergency. Nd then a few seconds later, asked, did you tell him? The first oficer replied with, yes, sir, i already advised him. Even though the first officer never said emergency. It doesn't convey how serious the situation actually is.
