As someone who was running a trading desk what sort of things did that involve well. Now you have to worry not just about managing a handful of traders but also making sure that that you're interacting with clients in the correct way. The information edge that an institutional trader has is no longer is wide a goal over the retail trader or the retail investor as it used to be. There are so many resources that are available at at zero or manageable cost to folks on the street or they're not not in these institutions, he says.
