We were so incredibly honoured to sit down with Danielle LaPorte in our shared hometown to talk about the ego, living a heart centred life, and ultimately ask, "When is enough self improvement enough?" Danielle is the real deal, no BS, wise and spiritual down to earth guide we have looked up to for years; and finally, she brings her presence and wisdom to the pod.

Danielle shares how she once had multiple astrology, shaman-led, and psychotherapy sessions in a week (or in a day!) and how so many of these well-intentioned practices actually kept her from the deep healing she truly needed. One day she realized that the self-help just wasn't helping; and that gave birth to more freedom and more love in her life.
