Acute Calculus Colosistitis
The next diagnosis would be colosistitis and I know you mentioned there's kind of this subcaviate of patients were really sick in the ICU. If they're low risk for surgery they should proceed to a colosistectomy usually on that same admission. Now some patients have high risk or high risk for surgery and so for these patients surgeons generally like to not operate first They like to treat with antibiotics and see how the patients do.
