The Andromeda galaxy is the most distant object you can see with your own eyeball unaided, just staring at the sky. Supernovas seen with the naked eye is called a blip. And that kind of depends on how tall you are because the taller you are, the further away the horizon is. But if I was to stand in the same place as you on a beach, like I stood in where your footsteps were in the sand, I would see the whole of it.
