The Effects of Carbohydrates on Aging Strength

I always think of like refeeds and diet breaks they're more macro level nutrient timing strategies. The body can replete glycogen with no food it just takes a lot of time. Even if you're in a deficit and you're eating a lot of carbs you still could have muscle glycogen go down because your body's going to utilize those carbohydrates for energy. I would argue that it probably gives you more volume tolerance on reefy days.
