The Gnostic Key to Growth in the Spiritual Life
In the tradition of the Christian spiritual life, there's a triptych moving from self knowledge to self acceptance to self transcendence. And I think talking about the temperaments really falls into that self knowledge category. Being an expert in the temperament doesn't is not the sort of Gnostic key to further growth in the spiritual life but it is helpful to growth in virtue.
