Is There a Low Carb Diet for Diabetes?

A low sodium diet doesn't necessarily improve it significantly. It improves it a little bit, but not massively. In addition to some walking, some zone two cardio, a little bit of resistance training that can all augment or improve your insulin sensitivity. This is straight out of the work that we did with the Reno risk assessment program where we identified police and firefighters at higher risk for type two diabetes and cardiovascular disease. And I would just keep an eye on blood pressure.
