How Did You Enter Soviet Study Abroad?
The trip was during Paris, the last year of the Soviet Empire. It was 50 then-Soviet kids and 50 American kids. And we'd simply go to art class every day. We're looking at some of the greatest paintings known to the Western world. At that age, trying to imagine perhaps my own story being told one day in the idiom of painting.
