Merton: We might be a momentary mystic but it's unveiled in a veiled way. When we die, it passes the veil of death, it will be turnedly unveiled. It's like people who are deeply in love with each other trying to find the words to express their love that does justice to the love. The clearer the love gets, the more aware they are the limitations of language to say it.
