This book is intended primarily for women, being based solely on my experience as a woman. It's not only for americans, but for women throughout the developed world who face career pressures, personal stress, globalization and all the traps of 20 first century society. I just find this really fascinating, to know that this massive best cellar was just, like, no, not researching, not diid stuff, didn't nen anything first. She also is weirdly open about the fact that, like, this is a book for, like, fellow rich people. Really. This is all from the intro.
