The Importance of a Helmet

"I'm not allowed to leave the house without a helmet though like i get yelled at and it totally took uh like a year and a half to get used to it," he says. "It's kind of like warm and even on hot days it kind of insulates your head like a little cooler." The smith mission helmet has been certified for snowboarding and mountain climbing, according to Smith. It takes time to figure out patagonia's marino air hoods or clavas that can be stuffed under helmets but they're good if you have them.
