The Housing Market Is Not Cataclysmic
The housing market is not cataclysmic. It's not completely falling. There's still a lot there. I think as well for Auckland, it probably highlights some of the economic realities for some of those apartment sectors. The number of properties coming to market each week is lower now than it's been in the time of the last four years. That does give me a bit of sure of here around the housing market. We didn't really talk too much about that when you even look at house price forecasts,.
