Base Camp - What's Going On?

There was only one extremely upset customer, a large organization that relies on base camp to store time sensitive information. The people who were helping wanted to help because they don't want to just sit around and have a day off when the rest of the company is 'stressed and panicky' It feels like working as a team. As one person's requesting something from another team, everybody's working together,. internal communications are smooth.
