Planning for Strategy - Is Instinct a Big Part of It?

We try to do a lot of it ourselves. The expectation of planning for strategy at Wyden is always a plan. We try to immerse ourselves very quickly and deeply, both with our own connections and our own relationships but also with any that we can find out about. And I think one of the things I say to planners is that, at least in my experience, they're tends to be strategists or planners who have great imaginations.
