Data Mesh - The Number One Problem I've Seen With Customers

Don't go to the data mesh unless you have all these major pain points already. The big one I see is centralizing the data. So instead of having all the domains have their own data lake, you have one data lake that is split out by folders for each of those domains. It's okay to have exceptions to it and so understand the theory, but understand the technology is not there yet.
