Aspy's Assumptions Aren't Fit for Purpose
Asperger's Institute for Policy Studies has been running since 1998. The institute is trying to test the assumptions behind some of australia's big policy directions. A report released by parliament recently recommended a foreign policy institute be set up, built on the aspe model. Aspie Michael O'Brien says we're going to have to wait another 20 years before it can answer questions such as how Australia will deal with post-Afghanistan terrorism and china.
