Northwest IPAs
There's a Northwest influence here, which is to say it's probably more bitter and a little drier than what you would find in Chicago or on the East Coast. That's an intentional choice. We're not trying to hybridize two styles per se. But with all that said, what we're trying to do here is create a Northeast IPA, New England style IPA, juicy IPA,. What are we going to call a Hazy IPA?
